Terms and conditions:

Minimum total charge (mileage, travel, and labor) per service day $400.00

Service activity is billed against the amount paid per contract at the hourly and mileage rates above.

Rates apply for scheduled service during normal business hours. Overtime hours billed at time and one half. Emergency service and weekend hours are billed at double time.

Additional days may be purchased at the same rates to complete service or extend contract term.

Payment due upon contract purchase.

Equipment rental or material purchases billed at cost.

Laser calibration service add $25.00 per hour.

Overnight travel expenses billed at cost (lodging, meals, phone).

Travel expenses other than mileage prepaid or billed COD.
